Utilising our technology we have moved, where possible, from maintaining our files in traditional paper based files to electronic filing. Whenever possible we also encourage use of electronic systems to transfer data to and from our clients.
Not only does this help save trees but we also find it creates efficiencies in our processes. We appreciate that at times this is not practical, but we also believe that every little bit helps.
We encourage clients to store documents and files electronically and we do not print financial statements or other documents unless specifically requested.
